I really liked being able to spend time in the room with my group, and then head down to the restaurant and bar at our leisure. It was super convenient. As well, I found the staff to be very friendly. And even though they weren't able to get us adjoining rooms, I really felt like the girl at the desk got how important the weekend was to us (it was my best friends bachelorette) and she did everything she could to make it great. :)
The shower seemed to be falling apart. (The wall was crumbling) and I accidentally flooded the bathroom because I had the shower pointed right at the door and the door was not sealed properly. (Room 227) Also there was a lot of confusion with my dinner reservation at Koko. The server, (Emily) ended up being really great. But initially, based on what the hostess told me, I felt like we were being pushed to eat and leave quickly, and had I know that it would have been that way, I probably would have booked dinner elsewhere.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The staff were friendly, and we loved the on-site café with excellent coffee. Be cautious of the parking fees and potential pricing discrepancies at check-in. Adjusting the shower temperature can be tricky, so be prepared.

Contemporary hotel, clean and fancy.

What did we not like? This place is absolutely perfect! Loved the competence and friendliness of the staff. The bartender in the lounge was friendly, knowledgeable and and cared about what he was doing. Loved the ambiance of this small boutique hotel close to shopping. It was a little oasis with a quiet, enjoyable room. We were celebrating our anniversary and had made reservations to dine elsewhere. We stopped off in the lounge for our complimentary and talked with the bartender. Before long we just decided we wanted to stay where we were and eat in Koko (hotel dining room). Glad we did! The food was gourmet. We were totally happy with everything. Thank you Opus and Booked.net!

I stayed here for three nights and loved the spacious king room with a comfy bed and a sleek bathroom. The spa offered a relaxing foot massage and a sun terrace to unwind after a long day. The only hiccup was the lack of conditioner in the shower, but overall, I had a fantastic experience and would recommend it to others 😊

Stayed on a Saturday night and we were warned by staff that certain rooms would be loud and noisy from the music from the lounge/restaurant. I personally go to a hotel to rest and have a comfy stay and we did hear the music until 3 in the morning and did not like that. For that reason I will never choose to stay their again. I enjoy a place that offers a party lounge environment but when I want to sleep and have it be quite I expect that as well and was really disappointed.

Comfortable, clean rooms.
Requested a quite room away from elevators. Our 3rd floor rooms were across from the elevator and by a open area that was very close to the bar. The bar noise and music vibrated in our rooms. The hotel did offer us free breakfast & parking for this inconvenience but the lack of sleep made the following day very uncomfortable. The street noise was also extremely loud. Would recommend this hotel but request a top floor room. No ice machine on any floors. Service staff has to bring you ice.

couldn't recommend more for a city break
Lovely hotel, lovely atmosphere, with a great location just a 5-minute stroll from Saint-Laurent and an excellent outdoor terrace space beside Bar 20.
No drawbacks at all.

Greatly enjoyed generous breakfast, spotless room.
Everything at this trendy boutique hotel was good as we expected. Fabulously friendly staff at the reception desk, and the ambience was contemporary. We got a room with a bathtub. The decor was chic and the bed was very comfy.

I love the decoration and the concept of the hotel. Super modern.
They have a bar and disco and everyday there were drink people in the lobby. Weekend nights impossible to sleep with drunken people screaming and my room start to smell like cigarette
